Good to know
Do my customers need to download an app?
No. They message your WhatsApp number like they would message you. Ava answers in the same chat, sends the quote, the booking confirmation and the payment link.
Can I use the WhatsApp number my customers already know?
Yes, if it is not on the WhatsApp app at the moment (it has to be removed from the app first). Or get a new number during setup, in a couple of clicks.
How are prices worked out?
You set a base fare, a price per mile, minimum fare, airport and stop charges, night and holiday rates, and vehicle classes. Ava measures the real route with Google Maps and quotes from your prices.
How do customers pay?
By card through a secure payment link, or by cash, Zelle, Venmo or PayPal, whichever you switch on. Card payments confirm the booking automatically.
What happens when the bot cannot help?
Ava hands the chat to you and alerts you on WhatsApp and by email. You answer from the admin page, then hand it back.
What does the one-time setup include?
We set everything up with you: your WhatsApp number, prices, vehicles, payment methods and message templates, then test bookings together before you go live. After that you only pay for usage.
What is a credit?
One answer from Ava uses 1 credit. A WhatsApp reminder or driver update sent more than 24 hours after the customer last wrote uses 1. A typical booking takes 8–15 answers.
